camindo CMS manages users in groups. Rights are granted per user group; at the top level, the right to use certain modules or module functions. All functions for which no right has been granted remain invisible, which keeps the backend very clear.
Rights in the “Contents” module:
Access per content area = read right
In addition: change content of your own group = write right, delete right
In addition: change content of another group = write right, delete right
Access per status: only records with the status “enabled” appear in the frontend (for example on the website). If a group “Trainees” only has access to the status “to be proofread”, it cannot publish anything itself.
Access per language: intended for translators who can read records in all languages but can only change multilingual content in their own language.
