Trash

Deleted content first goes to the trash and can be restored from there within a defined period.
For editors, this applies to records; for administrators, also to content areas and input fields.

Under the GDPR, how long content may be retained depends on the type of content. That is why camindo CMS has a “Privacy” module in which deletion rules can be defined for every content area: move records to the trash, anonymize records, anonymize audit logs, delete records and logs permanently. All of this is time-controlled by automated processes, triggered by a click on a “Delete” button or by a registered frontend user deleting their account via the website.
